Lead and coach the teams assigned to the checking, repair and maintenance all company vehicle
Plan the activity of technicians with the help of supervisors, assign them to positions, and ensure compliance with troubleshooting and repairing times.

Identify vehicles to be decommissioned/scrapping, guide by the company vehicle disposal/scrapping policy.
Assist in developing specifications for calls for technical tenders, provide technical specifications.
Identify with the supervisors the supply needs in order to establish orders according to the availability of the stock

Promote trade sales and make sure traders pay timely.
Stock monitoring and restocking of depots and trade/retail outlets.
Liaise with and promote Seed sales amongst stakeholders in operational areas.
Promote and maintain a dominant Seed Co corporate brand through innovative marketing initiatives, including roadside demonstrations and green crop displays, show displays, attending local farming activities, making promotional presentations and general exhibits.
Conduct promotional sales competitions
Operate within set budgets.
Writing area reports periodically as directed.
