Salary expectation P16 000.00 per month.
56 days on duty and 21 days off duty. 3 different southern camps
the routine would be 28 days in one camp, 28 days in the second camp, and 21 days off duty.
Applicant would be offered a live in position, housed in an en suite tent on site, all meals and soft drinks.
No alcohol is to be consumed at all whilst on the company property. Non smoker preferred but not essential.
There is WIFI / phone and radio as communication
Responsibilities include
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous
service at all times. (Full responsibility for guests)
Hosting of guests;
Managing the Front of House and Back of House team;
Training the Front of House and Back of House team;
Maintaining set standards and implementing new systems;
Stock taking, ordering and any other administration required.
Staff management
Fully understand and comply with regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the Lodge, employees and guests.
Contributes to the development of the Lodges annual marketing plan, capitalizing on all areas to increase revenues, improve image and build local and out of the area patronage.

56 days on duty and 21 days off duty.
Looking for a young energetic, and dynamic couple, this role is a lonely post and would definitely suit a couple keen to get involved in bush life and the hospitality industry, lots of prior hospitality experience not essential.
The private reserve boasts Elephant pools, rustic, simple, remote and 8 tents, 16 guests, usually series tour guests, meaning 16 guests travel together & arrive in camp at the same time. Usually happy go lucky people, happy to be in the bush environment, easy expectations.
Sky beds, 3 platforms, 6 guests, serviced from elephant pools, 45 min drive away, more difficult to manage, guests come from Hyena Pan, Sable Alley or Jackal & Hide as a one night only sleepout experience, beautiful location, logistics, common sense and sense of adventure required for the two busy spots.
There are two underground hides which would need to be supervised, en route.
