Duties Includes:
Directing the actual distribution of the products to customers for all assisted sales through a variety of channels, including but not limited to own agents, inbound or outbound call centres, and partnering with organisations for the use of their agents.
Coordinating sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the department and to proactively monitor and maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency in the planning efforts.
Coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
Determining, monitoring and analyzing sales statistics and other metrics to determine sales potential and product requirements and feeding back on the preferences of customers to ensure that offerings remain relevant and easy to access and use.
