Service Stations (stations):
Develop and design best practice service level agreements that minimize risk the company and are compliant with Company procedure and relevant legislation.
Ensure up to date service level agreements are in place for all service stations and ensure adherence and compliance in all areas.
Monitor, manage and improve service levels at both sites and stations to ensure customer satisfaction, volume growth, and economies of scale.
Monitor, manage and improve input costs at both sites and stations to improve profitability and competitiveness.
Plan and schedule a minimum of 1 annual visit to all sites and stations with a skewed increased frequency to the pareto sites (20% of sites that do 80% of the volume).
Corridor and Business Development and Corporate Affairs:
Provide support and input into the development/design of the initial new corridor development, taking accountability for the successful implementation.
Take full accountability for the Corridor (Business) Development including new product and service development.
Proactively manage the fast and efficient rollout of the corridor development plans post the initial set-up.
Identify and actively pursue new business (product and service) development opportunities prioritized by ROI within both new and existing corridors.
Apply special focus to enable the conversion of both new and existing products to be fully automated financial technology/online payment solutions to enable the minimizing of the manual/physical intervention/work required.
Actively identify, grow and leverage key stakeholder/government relationships to enable and speed up all the above tasks.
Provide support and input into both the development/design of all new software and hardware development by the IT Department and prioritize according to Return on Investment.
Manage as required for both new and existing products and services/integration.

Regulatory, Compliance, Governance and Legal:

Investigate and sign off all feed related claims

Technical support for the feed mill team

Improving the productivity of the operation by managing and implementing a Production Improvement Program(PIP)
Safeguarding all the intellectual assets of the feed milling operation provided to the staff in the best interest of the company
Working 5 days a week in which weekend is the normal days off

Duties to include:
Managing all departments within the mine to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.

investigating production problems.
Duties to include:
Ensures that assay and met lab operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner by orientating and training new employees and ensuring that all laboratory equipment is maintained in good condition. Assigns work to personnel and respond to questions on a daily basis. Monitors work in progress and completed work, implementing changes were deemed necessary. Reviews performance and make recommendations for daily and annual reviews, promotion, transfer, discipline or dismissal. Performs and supervises the preparation of standardized solutions for calibration purposes, participating in daily production assays and analyzing assay results. Report and follow up on discrepancies. Reviews, adapts and develops analytical procedures in order to remain current with changing technology and industry practice. Maintains records of analytical determinations performed and results obtained, in a professional manner. Requisitions materials, supplies, and equipment as required for routine and project activities. Prepares capital expenditure requests for high value items. Performs administrative duties such as time cards, reports, and crew scheduling including vacation leave. Develops and sets up of relevant analytical procedures and ensure standardization. Develops internal and external quality assurance/quality control programs. Helps develop other department personnel to perform duties listed above. Compliance with all company policies and procedures including, but not limited to safety, environmental, confidentiality and code of conduct. Meets or exceeds established performance expectations set by management. Consistently exercises discretion and judgment in job performance. Works without risk or harm to self and others.
