Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards
Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Establishing targets and duty schedules,br> Strict adherence to Company SOPs and core values
Providing a two way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork<br. Complying with all health and safety regulations
Reporting on management regarding sales results and productivity
Purchasing equipment and continuously make necessary improvements in the F&B department
Identifying customers’ needs and responding proactively to all of their concerns
Ongoing communication with the food and beverage team through regular departmental meetings and briefings
Ensuring that the team is knowledgeable in regards to drinks, specials, wines, beers etc.
Audit for efficient operation of bar and cost controls
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Attention to detail
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Must have 3-5 years experience in food and beverage management and preferably a degree from an accredited university in hospitality management, business administration, guest service or related professional areas.
