Delivery and or facilitation of training and development programs and evaluations and assessments
Training and development Strategy
Design & Development of training materials
Succession Development plans availability
Effective Management of Training Budget
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Hands on attitude
High personal standards and goal oriented
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management and vendor or agency personnel
5 years’ overall experience in Human Resources
3 years’ experience in managing a training function
Experience in Adult training and coordinating functions is an added advantage
Exposure to needs analysis methods & using research tools
Learning theories and their implications
Modes of education and training delivery and media
