Our client is looking for a Talent Development Manager to join their team

Duties Includes:
Design HR Strategy and Implementation of Organizational Development interventions
Annual Needs analysis report and Ad hoc needs analysis reports
Annual Training plan availability and integration of training requests into plan.
Prioritize training requirements
Delivery and or facilitation of training and development programs and evaluations and assessments
Training and development Strategy
Design & Development of training materials
Succession Development plans availability
Effective Management of Training Budget

Required Skills

5 Years of Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required

Exposure to needs analysis methods & using research tools
Learning theories and their implications
Modes of education and training delivery and media
