Track and record all fleet running and departmental costs
Prepare reports as per reports schedule.
Process staff and procurement requisitions.
Periodically update manual and electronic records.
Direct supervision of Transport Clerk.
Must have knowledge in Fleet management systems, records keeping and report writing.
Must be a Strong character with hands on administrative skills.
SKILSS- Ability to coordinate and control resource utilization in an optimized way.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good time management and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
ABLE TO COPE WITH THE EMOTIONAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB.
Flexible when called upon to work additional hours at short notice
Knowledge of Accounting and Fleet Management systems.
