Job Description
• Achievement of National vehicle sales targets through company owned dealerships and Sub-dealer Network.
• Delivering Market Share growth & profitability.
• Implementation of Marketing Calendar and planned activities.
• Jointly achieve assigned debt collection target
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction targets
• Building core competencies through the vehicle sales team and ensuring that these are maintained.
• Ability to coordinate and manage the brand in a professional manner and in line with the manufacturer’s standards.
• Responsible for vehicle debtor’s book and overall timeous collection of customer payments for vehicles.
• Develop and generate new business opportunities.
• Understands clients' needs and expectations.
• Responsible to inducting and carrying out continuous training and development of the sales teams.
• Responsible for the assigned team targets by cascading and leading in the implementation National sales team strategy and targets to achieve required performance and impact on sustainability and growth.
