Our client is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to join their busy team.


Responsible for the entire operations of all the shops under his/ her portfolio
Responsible for attainment of set T/O and Volume targets
Responsible for the attainment of set Gross Profit targets
Responsible for management of OPEX of the shops.
Ensuring 100% Standard Operating Procedure compliance by the shops.
Maintaining stakeholder relationships- Suppliers and Customers
Responsible for HR issues such as recruiting and rewarding of Shop Staff
Responsible for ensuring growth of their portfolio- identifying and opening new shops.

Required Skills

Qualifications

Knowledge of management of perishable products
A Degree in Business Management
An MBA will be an added advantage
Must have a drivers license
