Job Description
o Engages cross functionally with relevant stakeholders behind Marketing strategy and vision
Uses this information to ensure strategy is aligned to the rest of the business
o Assists in cascading the high-level strategy into operational objectives and budget for
various departments
o Leads pricing strategy to support the winning portfolio and / or specific business
responsibilities
o Develop and lead a winning portfolio strategy that will unlock growth
o Represent Marketing at Senior Leadership level engage stakeholders on the divisional agenda
o Settles only for deeply penetrative consumer understanding & insights and will push relentlessly until this is found
p Leads team to deliver powerful GAME plans (Business Planning cycle), effectively balances short- and long-term performance delivery
o Leads teams to deliver powerful consumer driven innovation, brand and Sponsorships & Events strategy\ies and exploits Total Beverage Company (TBC) critical innovation opportunities
o Approves the detailed operational plan and budget for Innovation, Brand, media, A&P, and Sponsorships & Events
o Monitor and control the execution of the detailed operational plans within the teams
o Coach, guide and assist Middle Leadership Team in the execution of the detailed operational plan
o Motivate and influence Senior Leadership Team on the approval of the annual A&P Plan
and budget
o Provide input and approve the new NCP opportunities
o Accountable for controlling costs and managing budgets within the division
o Owns the Consumer & Customer segmentation Model by providing input to it and ensuring it is updated regularly
