Ensure that all the machinery and equipment is kept in good working order.
Keep vehicles moving efficiently through the service centre, with all jobs being carried out on time and to standard.
Work with Branch Managers to design Service Level Agreements which will add value to customers’ operations.
Grow the market for servicing and repairs, whilst building companies reputation as the market leader in this department.
Advise customers on best-practice solutions in managing their fleets.
Provide training
Open and close the Centre daily, checking that the alarm is set before departure.
Order and maintain sufficient stock levels of all the products required for the running of the Centre.
Conduct monthly stock takes
Maintain an orderly and accessible filing system
