Duties to include
Observing participants at events gauge their enjoyment and obtain their feedback to improve events.
Keeping records regarding event planning resources, participant interest, and other notable information, such as injuries or behavioral incidents.
Reporting observations and/or team member suggestions.
Ensuring that events are well-provisioned, the event staff is trained and prepared, and that the event takes place on time and within budget.
Providing participants with instructions for the event.
Adhering to and enforcing all health and safety procedures.
Uphold and disseminate information on our Mission, Core Values and Vision in an innovative manner.
Coordinate activities with Pastoral Care internally and those pertaining to our Ministry Involvement.
Planning and facilitating daily, weekly, and monthly events to encourage socialization, relaxation, and recreation.

Confident, fun loving, bubbly, outgoing, likable characteristics and great people skills.
Experience with recreational activities, event planning, social media or related may be preferred.
Physical fitness’s, ability to walk, dance, stand, lift, or meet other physical demands.
