Job Description
• Ensure raw materials/Covers and Inners received from CMT’s are check in terms of quantity and verify against deliver notes/invoice as well as, quality checked before receipting into RMP, using Ritescan. Reporting any discrepancies
• All raw materials to be GRV are to be check and verified again delivery notes/ invoices and supplied to the Stores administrator for processing and any discrepancies to be reported.
• Ensure all paperwork is signed and give to department supervisor.
• Maintenance of stores
• Ensure raw material are pack away and labelled correctly on shelf.
• The monitoring of stock levels and notifying supervisor of any materials needed. As well schedule cycle counts to be done.
• The stores to be kept tidy and general housekeeping standards to be maintained.
• The printing of Commitments and Job cards for production using Syspro.
• On system bulk transfer of raw materials based on the commitment from RMP to PIP, using Ritescan. To check and pack out raw materials as per commitment.
• The preparing and packing of each job card and Job issuing of raw materials using Ritescan.
• Printing packaging barcodes for finished goods (Podz)
• All jobs issued and ready for filling to be WIP located and handed to the Filling department.
• Job receipt of completed Job and GITout to FQ. Ensuring the transfer document is printed and check against the work scanned through
Key Skills

Must be adaptable to change and have the ability/desire to make a difference
Required Skills
Have a working knowledge using warehouse software and, scanning equipment.
Grade 12 or higher. Must be computer literate with basic skills in Excel, word etc.
