JOB DESCRIPTION
The National Sales Manager take responsibility for Key Accounts our beverage and food sales customers in the Southern Africa region, including the support of Regional Sales Managers, Retail Brand Customers, regular Food and Dairy Customers and cross selling of the full company pantry. The National Sales Manager will serve actual customers, as well as prospecting for new customers. An owner´s mindset is key for driving our sales targets successfully.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties of this role will include:
? Take responsibility for our beverage and food sales customers in the Southern African region, including the support of the Sales Team, Retail Brand Customers, regular Food and Dairy Customers
? Developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies within the Southern African market
? Creating and fulfilling own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans
? Controlling all sales activities with existing and potential customers Forecast management
? Establish and develop long-term customer relationships
? Monitoring the market and identifying market potential
? Develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development
? Direct reporting to the Sales Director Southern Africa
