Job Description
Handling an processing milk and milk products
Supervising milk reception activities daily
Machine operations and maintenance (CAPA, line efficiency, optimum utilization of resources)
Batch product control, preparation of yoghurts, ,ilk standardization ad other dairy beverages
Material and manpower control
Key Skills
adjust drying process to goods
analyse production processes for improvement
assist in the development of standard operating procedures in the food chain
comply with legislation related to health care
control fluid inventories
encourage teams for continuous improvement
ensure compliance with environmental legislation in food production
identify the factors causing changes in food during storage
keep inventory of goods in production
label samples
liaise with colleagues
Required Skills
Hygiene HACCP and FSMS knowledge a must
