Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Increased OEE
• Maintenance ICC’s
• Reduction in unplanned downtime.
• Reducing change over times.
• Effective management and adherence to maintenance plan
• Plan utility availability
• Store management
• Ensure efficient asset utilization
• Updating of PM schedules
• Ensure that plant maintenance standards are met
• Ensure RCM principles are applied
• Resource management, recording and monitoring
Key Skills
Broad technical knowledge.
Problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and dexterity.
Basic computer skills.
General certifications for maintenance staff members.
Facility and property maintenance certifications.
Required Skills
3 Years of Experience
Qualifications
• Proven track record of working in a FMCG environment.
• Good understanding of maintenance systems
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to manage people with diverse backgrounds.
• Sound IR knowledge
• Proven Computer literacy in MS Office/ SAP
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Good understanding of maintenance systems
