Job Description
Preparation of VAT reconciliations
Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for all banks.
Preparing payments
Posting monthly journals
Processing and checking petty cash transactions
Processing, reconciling, and agreeing inter-company transactions.
Daily updating of the Cash flow budget
Balance sheet accounts reconciliations for selected accounts
Processing bank transactions into Sage Evolution
Submission of BOE to the bank for imports and maintenance of register for acquittals
Supervising the accounts clerk

Qualifications
Must have an Accounting degree
2 years’ experience or more
