Job Description
We are looking for an expat of any nationality to join our client in Tanzania, the role is as General Manager for their operations in Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
The client is a leading building supplies materials manufacturer and distribution company.

We are wanting a candidate that comes from an industry including paints and coatings and/or building materials.
It is vital that you have manufacturing experience along with people management experience as this is a crucial part of our clients business
You must be a strategic thinker and implementer, have a proven track record and should have experience growing businesses or turning a failing business around.
You must have a proven track of performance and stability -this is a must, the client looks for loyal people that have stayed long term with their employers and progressed up the career ladder
You must have experience managing a business for some time, in leading management roles for large companies such as General Manager or Business Manager etc. ideally working for a company with a turnover of $ 50m usd or higher
