Duties to include:
Day to day production planning as per requirement of sales dept.
Planning of raw material – monthly & weekly basis.
Managing finished goods buffer stock.
Utilization of manpower – Staff & operator.
Weekly & monthly meeting to review targets V/s actual production.
Review meeting of labour cost, spares & maintenance cost, utility cost etc.
Monthly meeting of skill development.
Maintenance of hammer mill / grinder, replacement of beater, replacement of beater rod, replacement of hammer mill bearing.
Maintenance of batch mixer, replacement of bearing.
Maintenance of pellet mill conditioner, replacement of SS paddles & bearings.
Maintenance of pellet mill die holder, replacement of die holder bearing.
Assembly of press roll cell with spacer & bearing.
Replacement & setting of new die for pellet mill.
Roller & die setting.
Maintenance & setting of pellet cooler.
Maintenance of Pellet cooler blower.
Maintenance of pellet crumblier & vibro sieve.
Maintenance of MCC panel & cleaning.
Replacement of contractor & relay of electric motor.
Maintenance of water softener, boiler feed water pump.
Maintenance of steam line & steam traps.
Planning of preventative maintenance.
Maintenance of bucket elevator, fixing of buckets, maintenance of drag chain conveyor.
Replacement of electric motor bearings.
Maintaining plant data of production & maintenance.
Cost saving ideas & its implementations.
Good team building skill.
Daily report format of production & dispatch.
Daily report format of utility – Power, fuel etc.
