Our client is looking for someone responsible for providing support to the Accountant and other related employees within the company while ensuring that the organisation's daily accounting functions are run accurately and efficiently without any fault.

Data capturing and processing of accounting and finance source documents into sage Evolution.
Preparation and processing of monthly and periodic Journals upon review by the Accountant.
Processing of Creditors invoices and related documents.
Creditors reconciliation weekly/monthly/yearly.
Inter-divisional transactions reconciliations.
Management of Division cash manager i.e. preparation of weekly payment schedule and tracking of payments.
Petty cash reconciliation
Filling of Accounting and Finance source documents
Payroll and Accruals month end procedures and reconciliation.
Any other ad hoc management, finance and accounting duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
